Oversees the general direction of our collective bargaining efforts. Provides input to Collective Bargaining Team. Has subcommittees to manage the efforts of licensed and classified employees.

Charged with efforts to establish and maintain effective communications between leadership and all members. by utilizing several print and electronic communication methods.
Responsible for originating calls to election, developing and improving election procedures and methods, supervising elections, hearing and resolving complaints arising from elections, counting ballots, and reporting results to the Board of Directors.
Focuses on the unique concerns and issues facing educational support professionals (ESPs).
Keeps members informed about the activities of the School Board, the City Council, and the Virginia General Assembly.
Plans and implements a plan to increase membership, including new employee orientation, promotions, and programs throughout the year.
Monitors and develops solutions for problems identified by special education educators and their students and the demanding reporting and recordkeeping requirements in this field.

EAA provides a wide range of services to its members, including legal representation, job training and placement, health and safety programs, and pension and retirement benefits.
